Returns & Refunds Policy
At Lambda3Tech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped, without alterations, and with the accessories and packaging supplied with the order where applicable. Services are excluded from this return policy.
To start a return, email us at contact@lambda3tech.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Once we confirm the request, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back using a trackable shipping method. After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll confirm the return status.
Refunds
For a return due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the return is approved, we’ll process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method. Any refund of the original delivery charge will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. For a defective or incorrectly supplied item, we cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund when the item is returned. Where appropriate, a partial refund may be agreed instead if the customer keeps the item.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. For damage in transit, please include clear photos of the parcel and product so we can assess the issue and, where applicable, process the claim with the courier. For defective or incorrectly supplied items, the applicable consumer rights and remedies will be respected. Where appropriate, we can arrange a replacement; if the product is unavailable or a replacement is not appropriate, a refund will be offered.
