At Lambda3Tech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and include all packaging and accessories. However, some products, such as software, digital goods, and custom orders, may not be eligible for return.

To start a return, simply email us at contact@lambda3tech.com with your order details. Once we confirm the request, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back using a trackable shipping method. After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll inform you of the return status.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll process the refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement. Please include clear photos of the damaged parcel and product so we can process the claim with the courier. Exchanges depend on stock availability, and if the product is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Digital products and software

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Personalized or custom-made products
