Description
The S9KEA64P64M20SF0 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ microcontroller from NXP’s KEA64 sub-family. It is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. This MCU operates at a maximum CPU frequency of 48 MHz with a 20 MHz bus clock. It supports a supply voltage range from 2.7 V to 5.5 V and is specified for an ambient temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
Memory includes 64 KB of flash memory, 4 KB of RAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM. Clocking options support external crystals from 4 MHz to 20 MHz and a 32.768 kHz crystal for real-time functions. System peripherals include a power management module with Run, Wait, and Stop modes, low-voltage detection, a watchdog timer, a CRC module, and a serial wire debug interface. Each device has a unique 64-bit identification number.
It provides up to 57 general-purpose I/O pins with keyboard interrupt modules. Analog features include a 12-bit SAR ADC with up to 16 input channels and two analog comparators with integrated DACs. Timing resources consist of one six-channel FlexTimer/PWM and two two-channel FlexTimer/PWM modules. Communication interfaces include two SPI modules, up to three UART modules, and one I²C module. The device is offered in a 64-pin LQFP package.
