Description
The Texas Instruments TPS3702-Q1 is an automotive voltage supervisor that monitors overvoltage and undervoltage conditions on supply rails from 2V to 18V. It is packaged in a VSON-6 (SOT-23-6) footprint.
This device features fixed window thresholds optimized for rails between 1V and 5V. It has a typical threshold accuracy of 0.25% and a maximum of 0.9% across the operating temperature range of –40°C to +125°C. The SET pin provides two selectable threshold options with low hysteresis of 0.55% or 1.0%.
The TPS3702-Q1 includes open-drain outputs for overvoltage and undervoltage indications. It features internal glitch immunity and noise filtering. The typical quiescent current is 7μA. No external resistors are required for setting thresholds.
AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified. This device is suited for automotive safety applications, infotainment systems, camera modules, radar systems, FPGAs, and ASICs.
