Description
The STMicroelectronics SPC560P40L1CEFBR is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the Power Architecture e200z0h core with Variable Length Encoding for optimized code density. It operates at a frequency of up to 64 MHz. This MCU is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
It features 512 KB of embedded Flash memory with ECC and 20 KB of SRAM with ECC. Communication interfaces include two LINFlex interfaces for LIN or UART, three DSPI channels, and two FlexCAN 2.0B interfaces. The integrated analog features a 10-bit ADC with up to 12 channels and conversion times below 1 µs. Control capabilities are provided by a FlexPWM unit with 8 complementary or independent outputs and an enhanced Timer unit.
System features include a Boot Assist Module with CAN or UART bootloader, a programmable watchdog timer, a non-maskable interrupt, a fault collection unit, and a Nexus Class 1 debug interface. The device is supplied in a 64-pin LQFP package.
This microcontroller is engineered for electronic power steering systems, airbag control units, chassis and braking systems, automotive body control modules, smart actuators, DC/DC converters, and industrial motor control.
