Description

The Vishay PTVS26VS1UR is a transient voltage suppressor diode for ESD and surge protection in automotive and industrial applications. It features a 26 V standoff voltage and clamps transients at approximately 42 V. Its peak pulse power capability is 400 W on a 10 by 1000 microsecond waveform.

This unidirectional TVS diode is packaged in the DO-219AB surface-mount package for automated assembly. It is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive use, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.

Electrical characteristics include a very fast response time, low leakage current, and stable clamping performance over its operating temperature range of minus 55 degrees Celsius to plus 150 degrees Celsius. Typical applications are the protection of automotive electronic control units, industrial power supplies, telecom interfaces, and other sensitive circuits.
