Descripción
The ULN2003D1013TR from STMicroelectronics is a seven-channel Darlington transistor array driver IC in an SO-16 package. Each channel is an open-collector Darlington pair with a common emitter. It supports a continuous output current of 500 mA per channel with a peak current of 600 mA. The output voltage is rated up to 50 V. Built-in suppression diodes provide safe operation with inductive loads like relays and solenoids. The device layout features inputs opposite outputs for simplified PCB routing.
The ULN2003 is designed for interfacing with 5 V TTL and CMOS logic families. It is used for driving stepper motors, DC motors, LED displays, solenoids, filament lamps, thermal printheads, and other medium-power loads. This device is supplied in a surface-mount SO-16 package. The operating temperature range is from -40 degrees Celsius to +85 degrees Celsius. It is part of the ULN200x family of Darlington transistor arrays.
